PURPOSE
To review and recommend revisions to the current by-laws each year.
GOALS
- Recommend changes to existing By-Laws
- Prepare and document recommended changes of By-Laws for membership review.
- Prepare and mail final recommended changes of By-Laws to membership for vote.
- Provide results of membership vote to Board of Directors and members.
- Coordinate schedule for continued review of By-Laws.
