PURPOSE

Focused on the research and development of long range goals influencing the direction of the Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies in support of its purpose and vision. The LRP will interact with the Board of Directors, existing committees and initiate new committees in the fulfillment of its mission.

GOALS

• On going survey of membership and collection of responses
• Formalizing results of surveys
• Provide BOD and committee chairs with list of suggested goals
• Follow up on suggestions provided to committees (including timelines, etc)
• Provide continual feedback to membership on results of suggestions
• LRP committee will work more strategic, far reaching goals possibly creating additional committees (temporary or permanent) in the process
