PURPOSE

Through regional promotion, increase awareness of the alpaca while identifying Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies as the preeminent group of members where potential alpaca breeders can both meet current breeders and learn more about the alpaca industry though the affiliate sponsored educational events.

GOALS

• Provide strategic direction and implementation of all promotional activities related to the shows and events sponsored by ABR.
• Promote the values and purpose of ABR on a regional basis throughout the year.
• Support all inter-related committees of ABR who need or request assistance in their promotional activities.
• Establish, implement and monitor a common Design Standard for use throughout ABR for all external communications.
• Provide useful marketing information to the membership for their use in their individual ranch marketing programs.
• Develop, implement and monitor the annual Marketing Budget to support the events and activities of ABR.

FUTURE PROJECTS

• Promote National Alpaca Farm Days regionally
• Develop a long-range promotional strategy for the affiliate.
• Develop and implement a year-long regional promotional program in support of ABR members.
