Friday, October 7th

Set up and Fleece Drop off

Saturday, October 8th

Fleece Judging

8 - 5 Throughout the day, there will be live alpacas there to meet and greet!

8 - 2 Sorting and Grading with Karen Champion, Main Stage

12 - 1 Lunch break 

12 - 1 "Alpaca 101" with Peter Ziek. Alpaca basics for those interested in possible alpaca ownership or anyone who just wants ot learn more about what it's like to own and raise alpacas! Main Stage

1 - 3 – Beginning needle felting—learn the basics and needle felt an Autumn-inspired piece with Roann Keen, cost $45 (includes all materials). Limited to 15 participants. Suitable for anyone age 8 and up. Workshop Area - Register Now

1 - 3 – Skirting for the mill with Cass Galloway, Presentation/Demo Area

3 - 5 – Weaving a Small Project on a Lap Loom with Mary Madison, cost $50, loom and all supplies included in cost. Limited to 15 participants. Suitable for anyone age 8 and up. Workshop Area - Register Now 


Sunday, October 9th

Judging continues

8 - 5 Throughout the day, there will be live alpacas there to meet and greet!

8 - 10 - Education - Sustainability -USDA National Resources Conservation Service Programs, Main Stage

10 - 11 – Nutrition, with Dr. Heather Davis, Presentation/Demo Area

10 - 11—wet felting DEMO with Barb Ziek, Workshop Area

11 - 12 – “Grades 4, 5, and 6 Fiber: What are they good for??” with Mary Madison, Workshop Area

12 - 1 - Lunch break 

12 - 1 - "Alpaca 101" with Hillary Devin. Alpaca basics for those interested in possible alpaca ownership or anyone who just wants ot learn more about what it's like to own and raise alpacas! Main Stage

1 - 2 – Fashion Show, Main Stage

2 - 4  - Awards Presentation with Diana Timmerman, AOA Certified Judge. Fleece room opens to the public.

**Alpaca fiber and product displays

**Product booth (alpaca products from local breeders for sale) running Saturday and Sunday
