2027 National Western Stock Show
The National Western Stock Show is more than a livestock show—it is one of the largest and most recognizable Western events in the country. In 2024, more than 107,000 people attended during opening weekend alone, and the 2026 Stock Show drew a record-breaking 750,039 visitors over 16 days.
For alpaca owners, breeders, and businesses, that audience represents an incredible opportunity to introduce people to alpacas and showcase what our industry has to offer.
Bringing alpacas to the National Western Stock Show puts our animals and our breeders in front of families, livestock enthusiasts, ranchers, agricultural producers, Western consumers, and visitors from across the country. The Stock Show already attracts more than 12,000 head of livestock each year, with alpacas and llamas included among the species visitors can see as part of the Stock Show experience.

Halter & Fleece Show: Saturday, January 9th, 2027 at 8 AM
Youth and Adult Performance Show: Sunday, January 10th, 2027 at 7 AM
Registration Information
Registration Opens October 1st through November 20, 2027. Late registration is from November 21, 2027 to December 10, 2027.
Because the National Western Stock Show collects the entry and stall fees directly, ABR is unable to waive or adjust these fees. We appreciate your understanding.
